They're calculating the number of chicken nuggets and ice cream scoops and sorbet scoops that represents Richard's love for Laetitia.

But sometimes, Lea wants a calculation quicker than the department can update itself. So what it's done is create a button that Lea can press to increase the number of chicken nuggets!
